@sambencheghib on September 6th, 2019 | Day 43: Hello Indiana! 5 states down and I have a good feeling about this one.
I’ve had a lot of knee pain and soreness recently but it’s important to use these milestones as fuel to keep pushing. There will probably come many days when state lines are far away so its important to also find positivity and motivation in smaller things. The scenery out here has been getting better everyday and I’m trying to enjoy it every step of the way.

Next stop: Indianapolis

@sambencheghib on September 12th, 2019 | These past 2 days, I spoke to 3 elementary schools and 300+ students in Indianapolis. So inspired by how so many of them shared with me that they were avoiding single-use plastics wherever they could. Some of these kids are even going around Indiana trying to get mayors to sign no-plastic pledges! These kids are the future!
