@sambencheghib on October 28th, 2019 | And the second half begins! I left Kansas City three days ago, refreshed and motivated, after taking 15 days off to speak to 5 schools, meet with KC’s mayor @quinton_lucas and a few other elected officials about local solutions to plastic, meet @skcacademy@sportingkc and attended a few local environmental meetings.

Sometimes I wish I could stay this long in every city that I run through but the run must go on!
